Information for Authors

Paper Templates

We offer the following templates for your paper contribution(s):

Please only use one of the above templates and keep in mind that the English language is mandatory for your written contributions which shall not exceed a maximum of 4 pages. Formatting hints and binding guidelines are provided with the templates. The contributions should be submitted as PDF-file via the EasyChair-Portal.

Oral Presentation

In case your contribution has been selected for an oral presentation, the talk should have a duration of 12 minutes. Afterwards, a time slot of 3 minutes is scheduled for discussion. A computer for your presentation with PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat is provided.

Poster Presentation

In case your manuscript has been selected for a poster presentation, the following guidelines should be followed:

A board of size H x W = 92cm x 132cm is provided for your poster, which should have a size of DIN A0 landscape (Hx W = 120cm x 85cm).
The board can also be converted to display a poster with the format DIN A0 portrait (H x W = 120cm x 85cm) if needed.
The poster should be readable even at longer viewing distances.

While oral presentations may be given in German, presentation slides and posters should be in English.
