General Information
Registration
The registration for the conference is carried out by the VDE. Please note that each conference contribution must be covered by at least one conference registration.
Conference Location & Site Plan
The conference is opened in the lecture hall H12 of the Felix-Klein Building, Cauerstr. 11, 91058 Erlangen. A map where the conference location is marked by a red marker can be found here.
Room Plan
Talks and posters will be presented in the H12 and R1, respectively. Demos will be presented in the audio lab (see above), R1, R2 and R3.
The meeting of the ITG-Fachausschüsse 4.3 and 4.4 on Wednesday, Sept. 24th at 19:00 takes place in the R3 (meeting room 01.255 in the first floor of the Felix-Klein Building).
Internet Access (WLAN)
You can access the internet at the conference location via Eduroam. In addition, there will be dedicated WLAN accounts for the conference participants. The account data can be obtained at the registration desk.
Public Transportation
Most locations in Erlangen can be reached fairly well via bus connections which can be found on the website www.vgn.de.
Accommodation
Erlangen has a variety of hotels and other accommodation which can be booked, e.g., via the webportal www.trivago.de.
The website www.erlangen-marketing.de is another means to find an accommodation and provides much information about Erlangen and its touristic attractions.
